Guarantee

All services are guaranteed if management is made aware of the problem within one week of the original service.

Exceptions include all Keratin Complex Treatments that are not supported by Professional hair care products purchased at Studio Blush.

Returns

There is a 30-day return policy on all ColorProof hair care products. A valid receipt must accompany all returns. All Sales are FINAL on skin care, body care and hair care not affiliated with ColorProof.

Booking

A credit card  may be required to book all services. We kindly ask that all appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours before your reserved time. In case of a missed appointment(s) or cancellation(s) less than 24 hours of your scheduled time, 50% of the service(s) value will be added to your Guest Profile to be paid upon your next visit or automatically charged to any credit card you have requested Studio Blush to keep on file. NOTE, there is NO cancellation fee if it is 24 hours before the appointment(s).

For all guests, new color and hair smoothing services may require a $50 non-refundable deposit. This will be placed toward your service.

Lateness

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you risk the chance that we may have to reschedule you. Whenever possible, please call the salon to let us know you are running late.

Tipping

Tipping is not expected but it is appreciated if your service is up to your standards. Studio Blush cannot process gratuities on a credit card. Envelopes will be provided for you at our guest services center. For your convenience our staff have VENMO and ZELLE accounts for tipping services.

Family Time

We do welcome appointments for children. If the child does not have an appointment, we ask that they are not left unattended at any time and they should not accompany you on appointments that take longer than 30 minutes.
