Guarantee

All services are guaranteed if management is made aware of the problem within one week of the original service.

Exceptions include all Keratin Complex Treatments that are not supported by Professional hair care products purchased at Studio Blush.

Returns

All sales are final. Studio Blush does not offer any refunds.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to book all services.

 

Cancellation Policy

*By reserving service times with our Service Partners, you acknowledge and understand this policy.*

Studio Blush respects the time of our Service Partners and our guests. When reservations are canceled within 48 hours of their start time, it leaves our Service Partners with large openings that we cannot fill in time. Service reservations canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged for 50% of the services booked that day.

If a guest neglects to call the salon to cancel or does not show up for the reservation; it will be deemed as a “No Show” and the guest will be charged for 100% of the services missed that day.

If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed reservations, and the cancellation fee.

For all guests, designer color and hair smoothing services may require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This will be placed toward your service.

We understand emergencies arise. Therefore, we encourage guests to communicate as soon as they can to provide us with a greater understanding of the situation.

Lateness

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you risk the chance that we may have to reschedule you. Whenever possible, please call the salon to let us know you are running late.

Tipping

Tipping is not expected but it is appreciated if your service is up to your standards. Studio Blush cannot process gratuities on a credit card. Envelopes will be provided for you at our guest services center. For your convenience our staff have VENMO and ZELLE accounts for tipping services.

Family Time

We do welcome appointments for children. If the child does not have an appointment, we ask that they are not left unattended at any time and they should not accompany you on appointments that take longer than 30 minutes.
