Guarantee

All services are guaranteed if management is made aware of the problem within one week of the original service.

Exceptions include all Keratin Complex Treatments that are not supported by Professional hair care products purchased at Studio Blush.

Returns

All sales are final. Studio Blush does not offer any refunds.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to book all services. Studio Blush respects the time of our stylists and our clientele. When appointments are canceled within 24-hours of their appointment start time, it leaves our stylists with a large opening that we cannot fill in time. This slot may have also been of interest to different guests who could not book. Appointments canceled within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged for 50% of the services booked that day. If a client neglects to call the salon to cancel or does not show up for the appointment; it is deemed as a “No Show” and the client will be charged for 100% of the services missed that day.
For all guests, designer color and hair smoothing services may require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This will be placed toward your service.
Appointments with a duration of 2+ hours rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment start time, will have an additional $10.00 rebooking fee. This fee will be added to the cancellation charges.

Lateness

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you risk the chance that we may have to reschedule you. Whenever possible, please call the salon to let us know you are running late.

Tipping

Tipping is not expected but it is appreciated if your service is up to your standards. Studio Blush cannot process gratuities on a credit card. Envelopes will be provided for you at our guest services center. For your convenience our staff have VENMO and ZELLE accounts for tipping services.

Family Time

We do welcome appointments for children. If the child does not have an appointment, we ask that they are not left unattended at any time and they should not accompany you on appointments that take longer than 30 minutes.
